Finally got back in the gym this week.....I have a LOT of work to do. My upper body isn't worth a damn at this point. Legs are good so far. The last time I was in a gym, I maxed out a seated leg press of 800lbs, which was the highest that the gym went to at the time. Now I'm in a different smaller gym and the seated leg press only goes up to 390. I can still do that without a problem. Found out today I can still squat a minimum of 320lbs on the rack....didn't feel like dragging more 45s over. So - here's where I need some advice. I'm focusing on cardio to help burn some fat, but I need to work in upper body as well. What do you guys do for upper body? Mind you, I'm not looking to get ripped....just need to get more toned. Should I just stick to weights that are about 20% less than max for now?
