Finally going to start working out again...

    my last season of college volleyball has ended :hsd:

    I'm currently 6'7 and ~220lbs and I want to reach 235 by the end of the summer while eating fairly healthy

    Pretty much gonna stick to eating a shit ton of chicken, fish, eggs, and whey for most of my protein intake

    I'll drink 2 times a week while playing beach volleyball about 2 or 3 times a week (great workout)

    Still debating on how often I should run... i hate running :o

    any thoughts/suggestions?

    I know I'll get hated on for the drinking....

    approach jump is much higher though i can touch a basketball rim with my head :hs:

    Well you do play volleyball 2 or 3 times a week. That is your recommended 3x a week cardio. I would say maybe 1 or 2 times a week if you are playing volleyball, if you want to get more lean. But 3x a week of cardio is pretty good. Whether its running swimming volleyball etc

    If you combine that with a good diet and a strong lifting routine will net you great mass gains and get you much leaner.

    i don't want to be leaner

    i want to gain 15 pounds

    clean bulk pretty much :)

    just got back from the gym..

    i am sooo weak now :o

    gonna be sore tomorrow :hs:
