So far I love mine. What caliber are you picking?

I bought mine in .40, but was MIGHTY tempted to pick up a very slightly used one that was $40 cheaper and came with night sights installed.
    But... it was .357

So why is it that you want the 40 over the 357 sig?
I am curious because I might get one today, but instead of Sig a Springfield

I have the .357 sig. You can just drop in a .40 barrel in it as well. What i've read the .40 barrel is more readily available than the .357 hence my reason for picking up the .357 sig. :)

I have a Glock in .40 as well.
Everything I read about .40 places it on top of my list for defensive calibers, it's now the most widely used Police caliber, balistics are close to .45 and capacity is close to 9mm.

could .40 be more widely used than .357sig because it's a lot older?

Only thing I've read that puts .357 above .40 is it's ability to penitrate glass which is why some state troopers use it.

I bought my 239 with a .40 barrel, but then I added a.357SIG barrel to it.
    I am shooting it tomorrow.
I jst wish it was a little lighter for concealed carry.
