Finally feeling healthy enough to get back to lifting.

    Have been sick for the past 2 1/2 weeks and haven't been able to get rid of it. Finally, after lots of medicine and rest I feel good enough to start lifting again. Bad news is I lost about 7 pounds due to being sick. I was looking in the mirror last night and was pleased that my waste looks smaller since I'm bulking, but damn my arms looked TINY. Should be getting back into the eating and lifting routine tonight though. Being sick is a bitch!

    Just a terrible cold. I probably should have gone to the doctor's but never did. I didn't have much of an appetite and was tired all of the time. But I also work 2 jobs and 7 days a week so there was no way I had the energy to lift.
