Arkansas Air National Guard. 2W0X1. Signed my papers last Thursday after a fuckfest at MEPS. Leave first part of 2010 for BMT and tech school when I'm done.

Excited. Was going to go Army National Guard 13f but had some time to really think it over and felt the Air Guard would better benefit me after.

Air Force (active 4years) Taking the DLAB and the PAST. I want to do SERE or Cryptologic Linguist. If I somehow don't pass either of those I want to do Imagery Analyst or Weather.

  7. It's funny how a whim decision at MEPS can change your whole life. Not that that decision needs anymore pressure, and it's in the past, but the decision between an artilleryman in the Army and a munitions guy in the Air Guard is night and day. And honestly, even as you're reading this I don't think you'll understand it. The difference between units can be night and day, and that's even within the same MOS. In different MOSes, in different branches...it's literally totally different lives.
