After a set of 5-1 on the bench I put up 205 with ease, no real struggle.

This is a big deal for me having been a smaller guy all my life at 146, I'm currently 5'9 and 163.

    2 plates soon :x:

Also, the dumbbells I'm using for flat bench dumbbell press are getting so heavy I have to kick them up with my knees to get them into position :eek5:

Hitting goals is awesome. Right now I'm within striking distance of benching my weight +100 :eek3: That's been a goal of mine for a long time. Currently at 171lbs and did 255lb on monday.

I just put up my personal best bench last night, 235x12, 235x10 and 235x9.
