So I'm looking for a food with as little (preferably no) carbs as possible, something I can munch on at work thatll keep me from deviating from my diet but fill me up a little. What would you suggest?

Oh wow I didn't even think of almonds and I love them.
Trail mix I assume is more homemade ? Cuz the stuff you buy like that seems to be filled with salt.
Thanks so far, I'll take more if you got em tho :)

I hate cottage cheese, so I go with fat free string cheese.

    70 cals, 0 fat, 9g protein :dunno:

Usually have one mid morning, and one sometime after lunch.
