When they ask what state will you be doing the most business in? Is this the state where your servers are or where you actually live at, or do you need to list something else for nationwide business since clients wouldn't typically be from the same state?

I thought that you usually file it in the state you live in, so you list that

Most businesses incorporate out of Delaware. Then you file the paperwork (if any) for the state you will be doing business from.
