Rule of thumb being 14-15cal per lb of bw? Give or take?
i think it's 12
12-14 sounds about right
trial and error
I should be taking in <2k cals a day!
maybe for an average person who doesn't train and works a desk job.
12x bodyweight should be cutting range for just about anyone who is lifting weights.
that's right, i remember it was for a cutting/weightloss thread
