    working on the sagging skin, that shit really bums me out heh.. and I want the handles gone too.

    it will come in time though :big grin:. been having slow but steady weight loss the last couple months.

    what can be done? i've been working on tanning. other than that, or surgery, I don't know.

    maybe you can get rid of the love handles without surgery but the stretch marks will still be there

    yeah, definately get rid of them by working out, the stretch marks though. thats what I was wondering if there is anything else you can do. i've heard hiding by tanning, or surgery.

    meh fuckit, if it isn't TOO expensive, maybe I do surgery lol.

    I really want to see what my body looks at at about 210.

    no they weren't. although when pumped they don't get a whole lot bigger. a little more defined. i gain roughly 1/4inch around my bicep when pumped.

    thanks for all the nice responses broskis.

    means a lot coming from the people that helped me learn what that fuck I was doing.

    i lurked in the back for awhile before starting any of my lifting. adjusted diet several times to what I learned from reading on here. even my routine, a lot of it came from reading others posts.
