Just started lifting again last week since like the beginning of November. Snatch movement warmup. Hang Power Snatch: 50kg X 2, 50kg+10lb X 1, 60kg X 2, 60kg X 1 Hang Power Clean and Jerk: something x 1, something x 2, something x 1, something x 2 Snatch Shrug: 80kg x 2, 90kg x 2, 90kg x 2 Snatch Push Press: 60kg x 3, 60kg+10lb x 2, 60kg+10lb x 3, 70kg x 2. Abs: A bunch of random shit. Pullups: A few sets of random numbers. Tomorrow is back squat and snatch squat day. Probably will do some GHRs. (maybe I'll do some chest for the first time in a long time if my shoulder feels up to it.) I wasn't planning on making a log, so I really wasn't paying attention to the weights I was using.
