Figure I'd start a log v. Olympic Curling

    Just started lifting again last week since like the beginning of November.

    Snatch movement warmup.

    Hang Power Snatch: 50kg X 2, 50kg+10lb X 1, 60kg X 2, 60kg X 1
    Hang Power Clean and Jerk: something x 1, something x 2, something x 1, something x 2
    Snatch Shrug: 80kg x 2, 90kg x 2, 90kg x 2
    Snatch Push Press: 60kg x 3, 60kg+10lb x 2, 60kg+10lb x 3, 70kg x 2.

    Abs: A bunch of random shit.
    Pullups: A few sets of random numbers.

    Tomorrow is back squat and snatch squat day. Probably will do some GHRs. (maybe I'll do some chest for the first time in a long time if my shoulder feels up to it.)


    I wasn't planning on making a log, so I really wasn't paying attention to the weights I was using.:hs:

    Yesterday (saturday)
    felt like crap

    back skwat a2g: 225x4, 225x4, 235x4, 255x4, 275x2(rounding back), 225x2(real slow working on my arch), 225x3 (same as last set)

    snatch/overhead squat stretch: 115x3x2


    Ran for like 20 minutes after this.


    Ate like shit today. Need to get back to eating well/dieting sorta tomorrow.


    No workout tomorrow because I take the Physical Fitness Test (PFT) on Tuesday.

    Lower the weight, increase the volume, you need reps on the squat, get you form down!

    Already in it.( Air force academy)

    Basically we have to do

    Pull-ups (palms out) need to do at least 7 to 21 of them
    Standing Long Jump: idk how far
    Sit-ups: 2 mins worth. 95 of them
    Push-ups: 2 mins worth. 72 is the max.
    600m run. I suck at this. Minimum is 2:05

    All of that back to back. it's tiring.

    Then next monday I got the Aerobic Fitness Test. 1.5 mi run which isn't bad.

    wow i don't know why i typed that all out.

    Passed my PFT. Sucked at it though, maybe I should have trained for it. O well.


    Light Snatches. No clue how many I did. Felt really tight, probably because of the pft)

    Light Clean and Jerks

    Front Squats 3x5

    Ran on a treadmill for 10 minutes.
    Overall crappy day. tomorrow will be better.

    Did a part of monday's workout today since i missed it.

    Hang Power Snatch.
    50kgx2 50kg+10lb x2 x2

    Hang Clean and Jerk.
    70kg 3 sets of 2.

    Pull ups: 8, 6, 4, 2. between those sets.


    My chest has no endurance so...

    Flat DB bench 55lb x12x2. 50lb x12
    Incline DB bench 35lb x12x2
    (Couple sets of pushups intermingled in.)

    Back raises on a GHR

    25lb behind neck x 10 x 2

    I'm just dead today. Might take a nap and then jump some rope later.

    Today I just used the calculator to turn all the pounds into kg so that's where the weird numbers come from.

    Sick all last week. Probably because I was snowboarding all weekend two weekends ago.
