    Pretty much what it says.

I think Nog's ground game is going to be waaaay to much for Kongo to handle.
That much is fairly obvious. The question is whether or not Kongo can land a big shot before he gets taken down.

Nog should win and am I wrong for thinking it should be easy...but after his last fight nothing is given

Im not going to call it an easy fight, b/c I think Kongo's striking is better than Nog's. If you can outstrike Mirko, youll do pretty well against Nog.

That being said, if the fight hits the ground, I doubt its going to get back up unless there is a tap or a ringing of the bell.

Kongo's take down defense isn't good enough to prevent this from going to the ground and his ground game is laughable, as we all know. Plus, Nog has to be getting a little used to the cage and new rules by now.

Anaconda Choke or Arm Triangle Choke. He'll pass guard easily, and be able to work for chokes from there.

i'm going with armbar from the bottom. nog pulls guard, kongo tries to stay active but will get caught trying to posture even the slightest bit

Fair, i think even Nog's questionable wrestling is better than Kongo's non-existant wrestling.

  10. last time I checked Kondo had shit wrestling and extremely limited ground skills.

    Nog's standup is OK.

Agreed, had CroCop decided to take that fight to the ground he would have easily been able to do so. While I think Kongo will be more congnoscente of Nogs takedown ability I also think he wont be able to stop it that well.

Crocop had a broken rib. He couldn't do shit on the ground.

Yeah I remember that I was just making the point that had he wanted to/if he could have, he would have been able to do so without too much trouble.

Nog has taken many beatings, and he may again...but eventually Kongo will tap.

:hsugh: Are you assuming that Kongo is going to out wrastle Nog? For someone as logical as you, that sure doesn't seem very likely. Nog isn't going to have to pull guard against a guy like Kongo. You should know that.

when did i say that Kongo would outwrestle him? i said that with a solid camp like he has now, they'll probably train his takedown defense to try to keep it standing

and c'mon now...don't compare my logic to your lolgic. i'm not stupid enough to think that Ken Shamrock would beat Tito, nor am i retarded enough to put $1000 on it, especially if i were broke like you. or dvd train. or think i can beat somebody that PHYSICALLY fights and trains because of it. or...

Nog SHOULD NOT box with Kongo at all. If Nog accidently leans into one of Kongo's kicks it might be the first time he gets KO'ed
