sometimes i get the urge to beat someones face in....sometimes as in all the time
Ever thought of boxing or MMA? I saw your post in the F/N forum, you're a big guy, maybe you can vent your aggression in a sport that allows you to legally... probably not the best suggestion but better than a lawsuit or jail.
Beat up a pillow If you still can't control yourself maybe some anger management
theres a condition where your adrenal gland releases an excess of adrenaline when your emotions are provoked
and you cant help but get EXTREMELY out of control
its a gamble but who knows, there are people who have it and take pills or get an operation for it.
then again there are people who just live with it, by training theirselves to calm down in that sort of situation

I agree, join some MMA, wrestling, krav maga, kickboxing, or boxing class.
Back in the day I couldn't spend more than an hour with any one person before the urge the kill started to come over me. Now I am much calmer and have had people get in my face and I can deal with it calmly. Once you really learn how to fight you won't feel the need to prove your fighting ability to people anymore. You'll be able to smile at the tuff guy staring you down across the room, knowing you can kick his ass but you won't ever have to show it.
