Played some R3 at a buddies house last night since I haven't played it in ages. Its not even funny how much better R3 is than R4. Just everything about it. The only good thing about 4 was that it has Tyson. Plus R3 is under $20 now, 1/3 the price of R4. To me R4 could have used a few months more work to work out the kinks and online. Massive failure the game was mainly due to the garbage pathetic online. And apparently from what I hear its already dead lol.

EA didn't plan out R4 well at all. And by the time the buttons DLC came out, everyone already had boycotted the game. And even that was rushed out. No parrying system and can't even lean and punch with face buttons? WTF was EA thinking?!

I'm so glad I traded mine in for $42 2 months ago when I had the chance.

being somewhat arcade-y is what made 3 so much fun...there's a reason nobody gives a shit about boxing anymore...because it's generally slow moving and boring

if real life boxing was like it is in Fight Night 3 then you would never even hear of UFC

Never played 3, bought 4, didn't like the punching system with the joystick... shit was very inaccurate and I would rarely throw the punch I wanted. I eventually got better at it, but it was too much of a pain in the ass to really enjoy.

Yeah I heard a lot about the game, that's why I decided to check out 4, I mean you can't knock the graphics in 4 though, that shit looked baller as fuck. The detail in the fighters and the movement of the boxer's clothes was

i used to wear out my thumbs on R3 when me and my friends played a whole night of it. I only played a little of R4 so I cant say if its better/worse.

Especially now they're including the one time online use code, making it near impossible to sell games on :ugh2:
