Soy Nuts from Trader Joe's = a great way to get not only fiber, but extra protein.

1/4 cup (30g) of Soy Nuts:

    Calories: 130
    Total Fat: 7g (1g saturated)
    Sodium: 230mg
    Total Carbs: 9g
    Dietary Fiber: 5g
    Sugars: 1g
    Protein: 11g :eek3:

A bag has 9 servings in it and only costs a few bucks.

I snack on them throughout the day and my poops come out like loafs of fresh bread.

Milled flax seeds is pretty good, they sell a decent sized box at Wally world for $1.78(bought some yesterday). I will warn you now this shit tastes like ass so the easiest way is tomix it with part of ur shake and down the rest to wash it off your pallete. If you dont care about taste then go for it.
