    Raves? rants?

Anyone have any experience/knowledge about psyllium husks causing gas? If that's true I need to find something else, I have IBS already and gas is ickie. I was looking over the weekend at the fiber supps out there and so many of them, even the sugar-free ones, have maltodextrin in them. Even some of the pills have maltitol! I don't want that many extra calories from a fiber supp :dunno:

I like the fiber choice chewable tablets, 4g dietary&soluble fiber per 2 tablets and they taste like orange candy.

Sounds tasty :wiggle: now if they just didn't have sugar or sugar alcohol in them. I got some Benefiber yesterday, tasteless stuff, easy to mix in oatmeal. I tried it mixed in sugar-free hot cocoa and couldn't even tell it was there :bigthumb:
