Fiber Supplement

    How many of you bros are taking a fiber supplement? When is it a good idea to add it to your diet? How much and how often do you take it?

    If I am hard-core low carbing it I will take benefiber twice a day.

    Otherwise, I get plenty of fiber between the oats, brown rice, fruit and veggies I eat daily.

    For those who are supplementing with stuff like Benefiber, Metamucil, etc - Are you taking it because your diet is primarily low carb?

    I'm just trying to figure out when it is good to add in as a supplement. Like DTR rex, I get quite a bit of dietary fiber from oatmeal, whole grain bread, rice, and vegetables.
