few questions

    is there such thing as "thick skin" or is it just a word that is less embarrassing than fat?

    also, im going to the beach next month, and i really need to get my 6 pack back do you guys think it is possible? (basically i have been living like a pic for the past 3 months and gained a few pounds, now its covered by fat)

    i was just kicking my ass on the bike, im so tired now it aint even funny

    i plan on using the bike every day for around 30 min, and using my home gym (i really dont care what you have to say about it) every other day, im not looking to build a ton of muscle, just tone what i have now

    what do you guys think?

    now that you guys know what im trying to do (lose the fat covering up my muscles basically, and tone them up) should i be eating stuff like chicken and tuna fish, or should i just try to reduce the number of calories i take in a day?

    I dont get how u can live like a pic.

    but a picture might help since i dont think most people know exacally how much body fat you're trying to lose. + when u start exercising more usually your calorie intake goes up, because of all the extra energy u use throughout the day.

    it took 3 months to gain a couple pounds, it's prolly gonna take a few months of diet and hard work in the gym to lose them. post pics and stats

    eat lots of bread like 2-3 loaf's a day

    chicken and tuna are bad for you, eat alot of Deer beef. only the ones where the fathers are cow's

    how could we know what you can achieve in a month if we don't know what you look like right now?


    and those guys telling you to eat pasta and lots of bread are fucking with you. go to the thread "for anyone looking to be a bodybuilder" stickied at the top of the forum. Eat that diet, do your cardio however much you want to, and lift your weights however you want. The diet is the most important thing in losing fat, but lifting weights seriously will help you look better once you lost it.

    im around 5'7" - 5'8" (yes i know i am short) and my weight is around 130-135

    But honestly bro, your best bet is to diet and lose whatever fat you can in a month and dehydrate the shit out of yourself (+get a tan)
