I posted this in the main forum , but those guys suck. :eek3:

Not the best camera... but it gets the job done. I need to retouch these a bit in photoshop. I snapped them while out at a local car meet in about 10 minutes.

2. Other than the (i assume) fake 3 piece wheels, I like it.

[IMG] Niche F18 B
Niche F18 B wheels for the following vehicles: Jaguar XJ XK All Models 1991-2007, Mercedes Benz SL Class 1990-2007, Infiniti FX45 2003-2007, Infiniti FX35 ...
document.write(''); Add to Shopping List $381.00

They are niche f18's. To be cheap fake wheels, they are still 381 a pop. :hs:

4. I'm not saying they're cheap, just that personally I don't like wheels that are styled to look like 3 piece wheels, unless they are 3 piece wheels. As I said though, I do like the rest of the car.

I like it better than the Camaro it's parked next to. How's it drive?

couldn't be happier with the goat.

I average over 20mpg, and it made 371 rwhp with intake / exhaust / pulley / tune

I own a 2000 SS also, and its a night and day difference. Goat is more comfortable than my bosses lexus, all while being able to pop off mid 12's at the track. :mamoru:

More comfortable than a Lexus? You must be a tall guy. I've never felt cramped in a Japanese car, and I've always felt tiny in full-size domestics.

I am just under 6'2

The GTO is about perfect for me. It is the first car that I haven't needed to put the seat all the way back to feel comfortable. Infact it has about 2-3 more inches to go... its got a huge interior thats for sure.

And as far as more comfortable than a lexus.. I am referring mostly to the seating / leg room. Ride quality is damn near on par too.

My undershorts are now stained.

I average about 27 in a Cobalt in mixed driving, and I'd gladly trade 7 mpg for ~250whp.

Does the GTO have 2 seat belts in the back, or 3?

with the design of the GTO's back rear seats.. they sort of... lean back in a sense.

I have as much head and leg room in the back as I do in the front. They are 200 times more comfortable than the backseats in my camaro... and the best back seats I've felt for a 2 door car of this type. Plus you have rear vents, and a rear storage compartment for those in the back.

My Fbody almost feels like I am sitting on the ground, looking up.

With the GTO, I feel like I am sitting in command.. looking down at the road. The seating difference is atleast 4-5 inches higher for the GTO compared to the camaro. The pedals are also angled below your seat unlike the fbody where the pedals seem to be straight on.

The GTO is a great drivers car.

http://youtube.com/watch?v=Q0xUPKkjFGk here is a video of me power shifting the GTO about a week after I got it... bone stock.

http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-5807627847346034297 <-- there is a video of me power shifting my SS after the drivetrain was built and it was modded. I was never able to do that in the SS until I got the seating position just right... and I had the after market clutch / shifter / built tranny.

My point? I was able to jump in a bone stock GTO and drive it and shift it as hard and as smooth as my built ass camaro.

Very good drivers car.

Dyno after mods. With a FAST Intake Manifold and Headers I could damn near hit 400rwhp bolt ons only...

A good tune goes a long way.

Over 20mpg my ass.

The only time I get over 20mpg is when my cruise is set at 70mph on the highway. Other than that I'm lucky to get 12-16ish around town :o

Sucks for you dude, it really does. I average 18-19 when back and forth to work. 50% highway

I posted a picture in the main forum a few weeks ago of me getting 24.5 mpg 75% highway back from Callaway gardens.

The tune is pig rich from the factory... get a good tune on the car that will lean it out a big and that DOES make a difference.

I get about 27mpg on the hwy doing 70 in 6th with cruise on. Around town, romping on it..10-15mpg. Mine also makes quite a bit more power than 370 at the wheels. Nice car!
