    A chick I know wants to grow a bigger ass but doesn't want it to be fat and jiggly like. She said she would do anything but cardio. So I was figuring squatting 3 days a week would do the trick.

    Discuss.

    I'll see about getting an ASIT.

    She actually sounded willing to do whatever I told her to as long as it didn't involve the elliptical or stairmaster. So I can probably just tell her shit and not have to explain it.

    There's one girl at my gym that did Starting Strength for 6 weeks. Now that's she's back on her normal routine she looks a lot better than she did before.
