I have her do whatever weight she can handle and then 30mins of cardio everyday. Seems to be working out for her.
They are going to want a lot of glutes, legs, triceps, and ab stuff.
stiff leg deadlifts.
Ever notice this...women that regularly do squats, go deeper than men that regularly do squats

At the times I work out this is true, so is the fact I see more women squating than guys as well. I am not counting the girls that do smith machine squats either.
Need to throw some Kegel's in there.
Yep Yep...school just started back up...only have 8 more credits after this term.
