I love how the article, even though complimentary, is still written with an obvious bias. She's tiny but they're like "omgs her HUGE QUADRICEPS!"

Woolfolk set about 40 personal bests during the summer, thanks partly to increased muscle mass in her quadriceps.

    wait what

:dunno: you use a lot of quads when you do those lifts.

ummm yeah. When everything you do is geared towards weighlifting and your life consists of eating, training, and sleeping (nothing else) then yeah, you can push yourself a little bit

You'd think she would have laid some 2x4's down at the opening to the garage. That would be the most obvious solution.

"too many wrenches in the clock wont get it fixed" right? you could lift 20 hours a day I suppose, but it doesnt mean it's better.

actually that would be alot better if you were conditioned enough to be able to recover from it. the more volume you can do and properly recover from the better, always.

Odd thing to me is she doesn't even look like she has that much muscle, for all the weight she throws around. I've noticed that about girls like Tara Nott Cunningham too- deceptively smooth.

shes not very muscular. her legs are very thick but shes not shredded or anything. shes almost stoutish like a gymnast girl would be but obviously alot thicker. if you want to see jacked to the gills look up jackie barube or carissa gordon.

Is this just because of how much technique/neural stuff is involved in OLifting?
