Felt like posting some pics for F&N

    Crappy pictures i know. First time posting pics since i joined here in 2003
    Been eating a lot more and lifting a lot heavier. At this point, i am not where i want to be.

    For all the noobs of F&N, i lost 100lbs junior year in high school. I was 260, then down to 160, currently i am at 190 @ 5'9"

    did you keep a log of what you did? I'm basically in the same boat as you... im 5'9 160 trying to bulk up...looking good man, serious progress

    I dont max much

    Routine is 1 part/week

    10 min cardio warmup

    Legs
    Chest
    Shoulders
    Back
    Arms

    Abs 3 x per week

    werd, thats my problem. That and the fact that I can't seem to stay healthy for long enough, I keep injuring myself

    Good bench man....how long have you been lifting?

    I just starting lifting since 2002 and want my bench back to 300...right now Im around 240x1/2
