    May as well get one started. Been training for a month and a half now. Started at a chubby 175lbs. Lifting and Cardio with a cleaner diet but I could be a lot stricter still. Currently at 168lbs.

    Yesterday was Shoulders

    Standing Shoulder press
    1x10 warmup 20lbs + bar
    3x12 40lbs + bar

    Ahnolds
    2x12 45lbs
    1x8(failure) 45lbs

    Upright Row
    3x12 60lb barbell

    Rear Lateral Raise
    2x12 with 30lbs
    1x7(failure) 30lbs

    Front Raise
    3x until failure with 35lbs and 25lbs

    30mins of Cardio

    Skull Crushers
    1x10 40lbs. Warmup
    3x10 60lbs

    Dumb bell Tricep extension
    3x10 55lbs
    1x7 55lbs Failure

    Tricep extension using rope. Not sure what its called
    I kinda superset these, but not exactly

    3x10 50lbs, but immediately after each set I drop to 30lbs and do as many as I can until failure

    Incline curl
    2x12 25lbs
    2x12 30lbs

    Barbell Curl
    3x10 60lbs
    1x8 70lbs

    Dips
    2x12 at bodyweight (171lbs)

    30mins of Cardio. Protein and T-rex are the only supplements I'm taking.

    I usually take Sunday's off, I play soccer and thats 90mins of running/cardio

    Here are some progress pics. Tomorrow will be exactly 2months. Didn't get as far as I wanted, but its progress

    Curl Machine followed by Hammer Curls (Mini superset)
    2 Sets until failure 60lbs to 15lbs Hammer
    1 set until failure 60lbs to 20lbs Hammer

    Overhead Tri extension

    Skull Crushers

    Dips to Rope Pull down (Mini superset)
    3 sets until failure of each, Body weight and 40lbs on pulldown

    30mins of Cardio, Protein and Trex. I think I might up it to 2pills. Been taking it for a week and not feeling too much.
