Feels like I fucked up my left bicep LEG PRESSING today....of all things....

    I was straining to get the last rep out and my arms were on the support grips straight on the concentric movement, i guess i over strained my left bicep.....i was wearing a long sleeve shirt so i pulled it up to see if it was fucked up immediately, it was a little red, i flexed it, seemed fine, but now it feels almost as if i have a delayed onset soreness two days after a BRUTAL back and bicep workout. except i did legs, and was leg pressing......no black and blue, not red anymore either, i can use it just fine but still a bit sore......

    my question is if it was TORN i'd fuckin know right?

    and once again i puked all over the place after coughing my brains out stepping out of the gym, 7 eggs, a cucumber, and 2 slices ezekiel bread down the fuckin drain. cant wait to see the doctor thursday

    I fail to see any technicalities about my post, I think its more because you started lifting last week and bombarding this forum with your knowledge-less diarrhea. Just make sure you drink coffee instead of taking caffeine pills to improve your bench bro. now GTFO of my thread.

    figured this bro...........thing is ive heard of people not knowing they tore a muscle until they wake up the next morning unable to move and black and blue. pretty sure i mildly strained it a bit thats all.

    my friend tore his bicep once and you can def tell. There was a bulge where the bicep rolled up and a lot of bruising...weak as hell too. I'd wait to see if it starts bruising. i doubt you tore it from leg pressing though, prob just strained it.
