    is this normal? :ugh:

I just started making a wehy protien shake for after workouts. First one was yesterday about 30 min afterwords. Ate the normal amount of food, veggies, chicken, etc.

all late night last night and this morning i've felt like puking / sick to my stomache

not even close. I usually go through a gallon of milk every 3 - 4 days. + yogurt every morning + cheese on all my sandwiches

only thing I could think of was that maybe my body wasn't used to such a high amount of protien that fast (since that was my first one). been working out for a solid 8 months though.

20 g of protein isn't that much at all.

I sometimes get sick to my stomach too. Try and drink it slower or something.

    How old are you?

I used to drink tons of milk when I was a kid.
    But I'm lactose intollerant.

And I'm fine with yogurt as are most people that are lactose initollerant and some cheeses.

    My first thought too.

I have no problem with Prima Force Substance WPI protein (lactos free), but I decided to try out Necture, and for the two weeks I took it felt horribly sick, ESPECIALLY about 30min after drinking the shake.

Come to find out that Necture uses like 3 or 4 different lactos affiliated substances, and I am mildly lactos intolerant, so in concentrated forms like that I feel like shit.

If you drink milk regularly though, I doubt this is the problem. Maybe you are just getting sick?

    Yep, same here.

As I kid I drank milk no problem until the age of about 15/16. I am fine with yogurt and cheese but concentrated forms of lactos affiliated substances and milk in general will make me weak, tired, have indigestion problems and feel sick for days.
