Seems that even though I'll rest 2-3 minutes in between sets, I get light headed and a lot of times feel like I'm going to pass out when I'm working out, and I just have to take a break...anyone else have the same problem?

I make sure I don't eat immediately before a workout, if I did eat I'll make sure it was about 90 minutes before I work out though...I get plenty of water during exercise...hmm...

you might want to double check your sodium and iron intake; too little of either can make you lightheaded. sodium is related to your blood pressure, and if you dont get enough in your diet, your bp drops (causing lightheadedness when you stand up or move quickly). iron deficency tends to be respoonsible for general lightheaded/dizziness.

    hope that helps.
