Feeling lazy/almost sick the next day after working out.

    For the last couple of days I got about 6 hours of sleep total could that be the reason? I feel lazy and depleted throughout the day sometimes, the diet is in check. :hs:

    you should get more then 6 hours sleep, man.

    i'm hardly the best example, as most of the time i only get 7...but 8 is ideal.

    if i get any less then 7, i'm definitely sluggish and my immune system feels hit.
