I guess I could post this in the Fitday thread, but I'd like a critique from you guys. I'm up to about 190-192lbs now with no noticable fat, trying to down more food. I usually can't eat a whole lot at once, so I try to eat small stuff often. Im getting way less protein than I thought, usually I'll have one shake when I wake up too, instead of where the muffin is. I know I could use some fat, but is this too much? I usually throw down some pizza or almonds too.
