Feedback on yesterday's diet v.bulking

    I guess I could post this in the Fitday thread, but I'd like a critique from you guys. I'm up to about 190-192lbs now with no noticable fat, trying to down more food. I usually can't eat a whole lot at once, so I try to eat small stuff often. Im getting way less protein than I thought, usually I'll have one shake when I wake up too, instead of where the muffin is. I know I could use some fat, but is this too much? I usually throw down some pizza or almonds too.


    Woke up at 8am
    1 blueberry muffin
    10:30am
    30minutes workout, 30minutes cardio
    12pm
    Mcdonald's big extra combo w/ ice tea
    4pm

    You don't eat anything after 5 pm, that's your problem.

    I'm supposed to be bulking, but yesterday I threw up an undigested mcdonalds meal 4 hours after I ate it, the only thing that stayed down was the muffin I had in the morning.

    dont eat fucking mcdonalds

    and i dont see protein shakes in there

    liquid food is easier to get down and keep down that solid
