I suppose I'd better go ahead and make my thread for the day, too.

I Sent this out a little over a week ago to H-S Precision for a repaint. This is the HSP stock off of my Savage 10FCP. I wanted to do something a bit different than your typical solid black gun and I must say, I think it looks fanfuckingtastic so far. HSP did an excellent job on it.

I'll reassemble and get some much better pics tomorrow.

It's finally finished! Only took me 4 months...

Overall, I'm happy with the turnout. Now I just need to resight it in since I took it apart, and start blasting away. :wiggle:

    Anyways, thoughts?

You put a field air rifle scope on your Savage?

    Reasoning?

    Air rifle scope? :hsugh:

I got it because the Falcon Optics line got pretty good reviews on SniperCentral.

p.s. The steering wheel comes off.

Oh.... I honestly didn't know that's what it was. My bad.

Usually you see those huge ass parallax wheels on field competition air rifles. They demarcate range on them, corresponding to parallax corrections. At the closer ranges, the parallax is also used as a rangefinder. Pretty trick stuff; S&B makes some super high end glass for this application, with ultra precise parallax corrections.
