I feel like i'm on track. This is about 3 months of progress...

I'm sure a bunch of people will talk shit, but I dont care, I'm on track with my goals, and in another 3-4 months, I'll be at my desired weight.

I need to check my body fat!

Thanks. My bench is up from a ridiculous 130lb max to 185lbs. I am remaxing on monday, hoping for 200. I have no before pics of my legs unfortunately, but for all the OT know it alls, rest assured, I have been working them too. My squat max went from an equally pathetic 150lbs to now a solid 225. I'm very happy with my results...Now I just need a tan :eek3: :eek3:

Too keep track of it. I have been on a "eat anything as nasty as i possibly can" diet... perhaps now that I'm getting larger my body will actually start to STORE fat... In which case I'll want to adjust my diet to maintain a good BF %.

Take some measurements. Skinny people can put on quite a bit of weight before looking fat. Going from 8 to 12% isn't going to look like a huge difference but the scale will tell you otherwise.

No no no... 15 consistant, solid pounds gained since I started last late november... :) My weight has fluctuated between 158-164lbs in the last month... Early november I was 143 on the same scale I was 161 on this morning. :)

Ah, well, you can almost discard my comment then. It's probably good progress. 15 lbs in 6 weeks would be insane unless you're on gear.

Ditch everything that's not whey, MRP like muscle milk, creatine, multivitamin or fish oil. More money for food

Thanks for the reinforcment guys! :)

I definitely dont think I'll have a problem with that. You see, I have to eat like an entire football team to maintain this weight unfortunately, between standard food and supplements, I spend quite a lot of money on this "hobby" each month. But I suppose it's "paying off". :mamoru:
