anybody know if this will help. I have some left over naproxen from a year or so back.

Naproxen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) commonly used for the reduction of mild to moderate pain, fever, inflammation and stiffness caused by conditions such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, gout, ankylosing spondylitis, injury (like fractures), menstrual cramps, tendonitis, bursitis, and the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea

think that will work? or am I just be wasting my time with it.

It might help your menstrual cramps.

I did the same thing last summer doing lateral raises. Doc gave me celebrex and skelaxin. It goes away after a few days.

celebrex is also an Non-steroidal Anti-inflam Drug (NSAID)

I was given skelaxin and neproxin when I tweaked my back.

I think i'll try the neproxin since it was half of the equation for you and your neck and similarly to my back problem.

Yeah, it should probably work. Can you move your neck much?

fuck man.. i was doing bbshrugs today and i too tensed up my neck.

The thing is i aggravated my neck when i was a teenager learning how to headspin. It has always been the exact same spot. Dont know if it's the disc or just a muscle
