muscle milk is like the worst thing you can eat, it has like 14g of fat, how do you plan on losing weight eating shit like that?

I am having a similar problem.

I started cutting back in late April and by mid-early May I was developing some pretty good results. I had lost about 15lbs and gained more vascularity, not to mention that my muscles were showing much better and getting decent definition in a six-pack. All the while I was cutting and eating nothing but chicken breast and vegetable type meals.
Well then I found out that in 2 weeks I was going to be competing in a bench competition, so I started like mad again in order to get a lot of food into me while hitting the gym. The competition is over and I basically gained back 90% of what I lost and its been nearly 2 weeks since the competition and I cant seem to lose that weight again
Granted I am not eating like I did before (chicken and vegetables) but I still eat rather healthy and exercise.. but for some reason its harder to get results this time around
