    do bulgarian split squats count? :dunno:
    I think unilateral leg work is underrated, and extremely valuable

    Not an isolation exercise....but yeah unilateral work is critical

    ceaze, i've been reading that unilateral work is a good alternative when you have hip problems.. why is that?

    ive just worked really hard this week and i kind of wanted to go in today and have a workout that focused on some of my neglected (smaller) muscle groups to help augment my gains elsewhere.

    either way, i had so much atrophy post surgery that i don't have any tear drop shape :wtc:
