Which gun magazines do you enjoy reading the most and which ones would you recommend to others?

    Do you subscribe to any?

Everything I need to know is available on the internet.

Magazines are 3 months behind the times anyway.

The internet is full of lies and half truths, but it's a fucking rarity that I see something in a magazine that is worth a shit.

Use them for the pictures, and to wipe your ass with. Take the money saved and shoot more, you will come out FAR ahead in the long run.

I read whatever gun magazines are in the stall while I take a shit at work. That's pretty much all they are good for IMO.

I guess that's true since I troll the main forum.

  6. Precision Shooting is great if you are interested in the real "how and why" behind serious rifle shooting.

    This I have not seen.....

Quality/quantity of tech? Scale of 1 to 10?

  8. I'd say at least 9/10. The mag is dedicated to pretty hard core rifle shooters.

  9. Also, the Precision Shooting Reloading Guide, found in their books section is unbelievably good.

National Rifleman as it comes with the NRA membership and Guns and ammo cause I got a two year subscription for 12 bucks. for $.50 / issue I think I can afford it, even if it's not the best.

Shotgun news is the only thing I've picked up in years and I don't get it that often anymore. Just for the c&r and ammo ads :o

Tactical Journal and Front Sight. But that's just so I can stay looped up on sectional shit. Blue press does articles on our club every once in a while because their writers shoot at our club. So does Duane Thomas of Handgunner magazine.
