Favorite fitness recipe???

    I just tried cottage cheese with tuna. Threw some pepper and mustard in it then mixed it all up. Grill or toast some bread throw in a tomatoe and maybe some lettuce, damn good sandwich.

    2 cans albacore tuna
    1/4 cup pineapple with some of the juice
    Chunky salsa
    Shredded cheese

    Microwave everything but pineapple for a minute or 2, then add pineapple.

    ~350 cals with like 55g protein :drool:
