DB incline bench
i like to squat
deadlift...i have a strain in my forearm right now though
Seated DB military press
dips or leg raises
i don't know why but i love those
the first time i tried doing a snatch i fell over backwards on my ass
military press ftw
that or cable cross, i love cable cross because of the squeeze i get
Heh, I've done more than a few stupid things when I was learning, including hitting myself in the nose with the bar during a power snatch.
Bench or GMs, too hard to choose.
Tried those for the first time this week, definitely like them.
DB Bench and deadlift.
rack pulls, yates rows
wide grip pullups
oh squats lately.
i like floor presses
