what's your "saving grace" food when you're hardcore cutting? it's time for my summer cutting phase, but i'm looking for some new healthy foods to cure my cravings-- i have quite a sweet tooth, but i'm getting sick of sugar free jello/pudding/popsicles and koolaid made w/ splenda. lately i've been on a celery kick, but i was just wondering if anyone has made any good grocery store discoveries.

No I eat these on a regular basis even while cutting. Calories in < calories out so its all gravy.

even on 1800 cals, i'd just have two 400 cal snacks and for dinner have a nice juicy steak and eggs.

    blackened salmon on the grill.

throw in some asparagus spears and you've got yourself a kickass meal that's healthy and delicious (although significantly more expensive than a can of tuna :hs: )
