I am a college student and going to bed at a decent time is difficult. I have classes at 8:30 in the morning and usually don't leave cmapus till around 3:30 but am often so tired that i usually take a nap. After that I usually feel worthless after my naps for the rest of the night.
What I am trying to say is I usually have no energy anymore for anything. Before college i would have a strict diet strict ruitine(sp?) and would always have energy but now it just seems I can never get any energy. I tried caffeine and ephedrine and those don't seem to keep me awake. Any ideas to what I can do? Eating wise? cardio wise? Something that will get my body back into the usuall 8:30am to 1am days that I usually had.

    being tired/fatigue = your diet.

Clean up your diet some and maybe run for 10min every day and you will feel much better.

Vegetables? Fruits?? Those are two big food groups essential to your health. If you're not eating those at least take a multi vitamin, some fish oil couldn't hurt either for overall health benefits.

just go lift some weights after class, whether you do a lousy job lifting, at least you hit the gym and did something rather than nothing at all.

if your looking for ways to keep up, then thats another story. best thing to do is shedule your classes where you can work at during a time of the day where you're active. try moving your morning classes toward the afternoon

Stop drinking caffeine, take a multi vitamin at least, sleep a fair amount and eat clean food. It will make a difference.
