Fatboy progress pics v. please be gentle

    I started slowly caring about the foods I ate and exercising last December at 260lbs.

    When I started getting serious in Late April I was at 248lbs.


    Diet currently consists of 2000cals on non-lift days, 2100 cals on lift days.
    Protein 40%
    Carbs 40%
    Fat 20%


    Lifting routine is Pur's routine slightly modified. I dont do the walking lunges for legs.


    Weight: 182lbs
    Height: 5'10"
    Bf%: around 20


    I'm still continuing to cut through the winter and hopefully by the spring i'll be ready to sit where I'm at.

    Never did my numbers before.

    My numbers are low though :sad2:

    225/225/?? - I just started dead lifting and i'm working on my form. I'm repping 225x5 on squat, and 225 is my max on the bench.

    I've been cutting for so long that my numbers don't really mean anything :hs: I'm slowly increasing my caloric intake now and hope to lean out a little below the weight i'm at.


    Thanks for the comments guys, I'm halway to where I hope to get.

    I'm also using my modified version of this routine. Made great progress in 3 months. Gained about 15-20 pounds and added alot of definition to all areas of my body. I don't like the diet for my purposes but others who have different goals would find it suitable.

    Thats not too bad at all. Don't worry about that because they will slowly go up with time. Also when you get to your target weight I would increase the calories a little to get more muscle. It will help improve your look overall if you can get some lean muscle mass. I'm eating about 3500 calories a day and I have improved all my numbers and with the added muscle I look much better than I did at 160.

    I feel 10 years younger :bowdown:


    I can't wait for snowboarding season, hitting the rails/jumps at 80lbs lighter is going to do wonders for the "pop". Not too mention my legs are much stronger now.
