Fatass.... Checkin out (Part 2) Updates

    Ok.. i know we had a big long.....discussion :confused: about how terrible my diet selection was..

    Well i have augmented it a bit, and adjusted my protein intake so i can get more. still not easy but i'm working on it.

    so far its been 11 days, and i've gone from 361 to 343. I am willing to concede a good chunk of that is likely water weight, and natural weight fluctuation. but so far so good. honestly pretty happy with my overall food intake, felt a bit hungry between lunch and dinner on a few occasions, but i was able to deal with that, and no longer feel that way.

    I have been going to the gym when possible (busy week this week) but i have the weekend off, and will be hitting the gym tomorrow, Sunday, and Monday :)

    At that weight and it being only 11 days it's hard to tell

    but it sounds like you're making some progress. keep it up bro.
