Following a Bill Starr 5x5 Wed/Fri/Sun (makes more sense than M/W/F for my schedule) for the entire 3 months. Interval fitness training to be done T/Th starting July 1.

Training up until now involved some random visits to the gym and lots of beer.

For the numbers, bench and incline as expected. Squats are full range olympic style ass to heels, and deads fully deweighted each rep. Row numbers seem kinda machine dependent so I'll pick one machine and stick with it.

    6'1 (hopefully this doens't change :o ) and other May 31 numbers:

    Weight: 202lbs
    Body Fat: a lot
    5 rep max Bench: 195lbs
5 rep max Incline Bench: 185lbs
    5 rep max Squat: 285lbs
    5 rep max Dead: 270lbs
    5 rep max Row: 205lbs

Today 1 hour touch rugby with the boys from the club. Just an excuse to get the legs moving.

I was getting ready for the season in Sept. but apparently there's a 7 a side tournament July 22. That means practice for that starts in 3 weeks, so my fitness schedule starts this coming Tuesday.

I was hoping to put it off a month :wtc:
