    What might that be? Eat cow, lift big?

    I just think I need to be pulling more often. Really, I just need to get stronger overall. I took 500 of a box with the SSB and I still can't a single GHR without a broomstick :(

    Week A
    Deadlift warm up to ca. 80% of max
    80% 8setx2reps
    Standing on 10cm..
    weigts 40-70%
    4-6set x 4reps fast lifts
    on floor
    Ca. 40-50% 2setx8reps

    Week B
    Deadlift. Warm up
    Work yourself to 3reps max
    And then on 10cm
    Weights from 50-75%
    4-6set x 3-5reps fast lifts
    on floor
    50% weight 2x8reps


    Week C
    Deadlift Jeff Jet
    Now you put something under the weights so u start pulling above knee.
    You pull from knee, guys take the thing from under the barbell and u go down and up...u just start at the top not the bottom...You do 1-3 reps and the weights are as much as u can handle
    And the standing on 10cm
    4setx 4-6reps with 50-60%weight


    Got this from a private juice board and the dude was from Finland.Showed it to Gogz and he thought it could be.

    I have no idea :( I can control myself on the way down but I've got nothing out of the bottom, hence the broomstick

    I try using as little equipment as possible. I usually just pick gear that has good color and logo, and is comfortable to wear.

    it is mental dude, I dont believe you cant do any, when you can do almost the same exac shit i can, and i can do them like a champ....

    If my 300lb ass could crank out 100 GHR's in a single workout you should be able to do them just fine.
