    and I felt great, so had a quick steam in the sauna before heading home.

    So your plan is basically to do cardio tell you're tired, then the same 3 random lifts if you have energy and that's it? Look at the stickies, get on a regular lifting routine (it will help you lose weight and also look better) and watch your diet. I'd also lift first, then cardio. What do you weigh now and what's your goal?

    Thanks for the advice guys on "lift first, then cardio" ... I followed that today and got a lot more done.

    Thursday 07-Feb-08

    Bench Press 5x5 @ 10 units
    Incline flys 3x10 @ 10 units
    Tricep extensions 3x10 @ 10 units
    tricep pushdowns 3 x 10 @ 5 units
    upright dumbbell rows 3 x 10 @ 15 units

    Incline russian twists
    ^^ tried to to these, but was too fat :(

    34 minutes on the treadmill, level "2"



    Hard to say exactly what I weigh now ... between 300 and 350 pounds in American speak I suppose. My first goal is 140kg, and then will set new goals from there.


    I threw in the bench, but don't have the machines for squat, back extension.

    Hammer curls 3x10 @ 15 units

    Level 3 kicked my ass today. The whole program is faster and the hills are steeper. My legs might be sore tomorrow.

    No treadmill, but did go for a walk with my gf, 4.8km. Trouble was with "people traffic" there wasn't much speed maintained.

    20 minutes treadmill level "3" before falling off and getting shitty.

    Sun 17-Feb-08

    45 minutes treadmill level "2.5" which is my own bastard concoction.
    The level three program is 5.9 for the regular speed, 6.1 for the sprint and the hills are 4.0 steep.
    My bastardization uses 5.5 as the regular speed, 6.0 for the sprint and the hills are 4.0 steep.

    I plan to gradually increase this until I can handle level 3 better. It just got to the stage where it wasn't "fun" any more.

    Level 3 still kicked my ass, despite my increasing times on level 2.x. Might need to spend more time on level 2.x before upgrading to 3.
