what are the best fat burners you can get results quicker with. Any suggestions.
diet + lifting heavy weights
I do its just i like to see results quick if not i get discouraged, I just started working out again I am 6'1 225 I want to get down to like 200 or even go up in weight as long as its not fat.
Thats one problem i have i cant stick to healthy food, Im not obese or anyhting like that, people say i look like i weigh like 185 but i cant find any healthy food i like. any suggestions on what i can do to change my eatin habits

You've gotta dedicate yourself to it, if you don't want to put in the effort you won't get the results.
how about as far as cardio i usually start by running about 20 min then i lift and i finish it off with about 15 good min of jumping rope do you think i need more cardio?

you dont sound dedicated what so ever. the way you portray yourself makes me think your attempts will fail and u will look worse than you did before you started. you get fast results from DEDICATION not losing an extra 20 cals a day from caffeine. man up, quit bitching and do it. you know whats healthy and not healthy have some god damn restraint.
