don't think there are any Canadian retailers for those, not that i've found at least. I did order AIFM once from a Canadian shop and it cost almost double what it cost from Anafit

just order from afstore. I've never had any problems and haven't been dinged for customs or duties

Cheer mate! Is there any special instructions you give them when you order, so as to avoid customs not seizing it and being dinged with duties?

Looks like I'll have to get it from AFstore then if they do indeed deliver to Ontario Canada

i dont' give them any special instructions. just make sure you pick the USPS shipping option

in general, if you have stuff shipped via USPS you won't get dinged, though there is always a chance. shipping via UPS pretty much guarantee's duties and customs

true wrt cardiobreeze. sesa and gluc are different animals though and work well in general. since thermorexin is free with an order above whatever, why not.

England, you can get caffeine and ephedrine at Sport Nutrition Depot/Popeyes (same company) which as stores all over southern ontario

Ah, gotcha. Didn't realize those were different.

In any case, there's a store at Vic Park/Ellesmere that sells eph for about 1/3 the price of SND.

So Lance you went through basic then, how was that? Any pointers you have for me?

I am having problems breaking the 2.4km in under 13mins barrier. My best time is 16:26mins so far, so I need some kind of supplement booster to reduce the cramps and pain in the muscle.

I don't know know the VP & Ellesmere place, but that reminds me there is also a shop at Vic Park & Lawrence in the mall on the NE corner, right beside the Goodlife, that sells it for like $7 for a bottle of 50, which is about what it cost me the last time I bought it at SND a few months ago

as for the protein, its good if you find you have problems getting enough (~1-1.2g x your weigh in lbs) through whole foods.

if you do decide to get it, I've found GNC has the best price if you have the gold card (which pays for itself in a few purchases), ~$57-59 I think vs like $65 or more @ SND

Insufficient stretching before exercise, exercising in the heat, and muscle fatigue may all play a role in their causation. Imbalances in the levels of electrolytes (sodium, potassium, chloride, calcium and phosphate) in the blood can also lead to muscle cramps.

Now when it comes to buying Eph, what should I look out for, apart from the brand names? $7 for a bottle of 50 sounds great.

Do I just take it by itself with a glass of water?

It's the electrolytes that seem to be the problem in my case, as I don't go running in the sun, and I stretch a bit before starting the run.

I guess I should increase calcium, sodium and magnesium intake through supplements and eat a banana before the run?

20mg of ephedrine but they come in 8mg tabs, so you might want to start at 2 tabs cause its easier. If you do decide to take caffeine too, the recommended dosage is usually 200mg caffeine (which is equivalent to about 2 XL coffee's). If you're really sensitive to stims, you might wanna cut down the dosages to see how you react.

just make sure is ephedrine hydrochloride and not ephedra (Ma Huang), cause EHcL is more standardized. Other then that, its all the same.

make sure ya drink a lot of water cause both caffeine and ephedrine are diuretic's. Otherwise, ya, it can be taken by itself.

PS: what would you guys recommend to a noob like me in terms of dumb bells, bench and a bar? Something to house in the basement for light workouts of biceps, waist and all that?

    beta alanine

cardio breeze would be a good option

btw- if you email the afstore with your situation or call them, they can be rather accommodating.

and electrolytes and water may be part of the issue so getting them in line is a very good idea

Really? Does popeye carry it or did you get it from somewhere else? That should help me with the endurance for running
