fat buring question

    question, how do u loose stomach fat, im 180. 511 my body is toned i work out im not fat and i dont have a huge gut, but i notice i have some good fat on my stomach what would be a good way to loose that running? oh and i dont eat alot of shit but i dont eat amazing too.

    , how does just lifting weights make ur stomach fat go away. dont worry ill just wait for someone that knows what there talkin about to reply thanks :ugh2:

    Everyone's going to tell you that you can't burn fat on a specific area but instead simply have to exercise until your body decides to use up that fat.

    if you have some fat on your stomach that you want to lose make sure your diet is in order calorie-wise. use fitday (free to register) to keep track of how many calories you eat every day, at your weight you should aim for about 2100 calories or less.

    if you want to take supplements then take yohimbine hcl. at your weight, take no more than 6 pills (15mg total). make sure you take all 6 at once, in the morning, and don't eat any food for 2 hours.

    you can't spot reduce fat, but stomach fat is the most difficult for males to lose and yohimbine hcl helps to make it easier.
