    Just started on Pur's routine earlier this week... already keeping a log on paper, figured I might as well post it on here so ya can make fun of me(give me some tips/advice..).

    Stats
    Age - 19
    Height - 5'5
    Weight - 203~

    Lifestyle
    College Student Monday - Thursday. Generally in school from 10AM - 4PM.
    On the Pur routine, so lifting M/T/TH/F. Going to attempt to do cardio every other day, or everyday if possible. Also going to start Muay Thai and BJJ again if I can fit it in my schedule (haven't trained since the first week of December of last year).

    Diet
    Completely shitty, but going to work it in slowly... The last time I tried to eat 6 perfect meals a day, I ended up quitting after the third day. So far got my breakfast and second meal down correctly... Will try to work on the next meals every week or so until I can make this a good habit.

    Just to stick with it this time.

    Leg Press - 8x270 8x360 8x450
    DB Lunges - 2 sets of 10 lunges per leg with 25lb DBs in each hand.

    *School's gym have seperate levers or whatever its called, so I have whatever plate I listed on each lever. (IE:25's = 25s on each lever, a total of 50 pounds)

    Overall bad day, forgot my journal, and went to the gym at peak hours.. packed as hell.

    Had to cut the workout short due to a review session I had to go to
    On another note, I finally added cardio to my routine this week... still working on my diet... Still eating healthy for breakfast, and second meal.. but eating whatever my parents make for the other meals. Going to try to get my 3rd meal down this coming week.

    Cut down my resting time to about 30 seconds - 1 minute between each set... and it kicked my fucking ass. Legs were giving out by the time I got to leg press, and my lower back was stiff as hell... So I cut it early :o

    Flat BB is giving me a fucking hard time right after incline... This is normal right? 135 is pretty fucking low.. :o
