Just started on Pur's routine earlier this week... already keeping a log on paper, figured I might as well post it on here so ya can make fun of me(give me some tips/advice..). Stats Age - 19 Height - 5'5 Weight - 203~ Lifestyle College Student Monday - Thursday. Generally in school from 10AM - 4PM. On the Pur routine, so lifting M/T/TH/F. Going to attempt to do cardio every other day, or everyday if possible. Also going to start Muay Thai and BJJ again if I can fit it in my schedule (haven't trained since the first week of December of last year). Diet Completely shitty, but going to work it in slowly... The last time I tried to eat 6 perfect meals a day, I ended up quitting after the third day. So far got my breakfast and second meal down correctly... Will try to work on the next meals every week or so until I can make this a good habit. Goals Just to stick with it this time.
