You looked into a fucking chocolate shake and you're asking about healthy options?

Wait this is a joke right, you're making fun of people who order a salad and a milkshake.

Oh, well in that case most places offer some kind of grilled chicken sandwich and either a side salad or a bigass chicken salad.

    McDonald's hamburgers have 250 calories, 15g protein.

Subway Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki have ~800 cal 50g Protein. prolly less if you cut out cheese, and use whole wheet bread etc. :dunno:

^i know you gotta love popeyes/kfc chicken.

fastfoods would never be classified "healthy" imo. but out of all the healthy fast foods, itd be KFC/popeyes? or wherever place sells chicken breast.

i'm gonna have to go with places like subway for the win. actually, today, i had a burrito bowl and chipotle with half rice, double meat, and it was awesome. next time i'm just gonna tell them no rice.

i'm pretty sure KFC is one of the worst in terms of health. Fried chicken isn't all that healthy and even the stuff that isn't fried is loaded with butter from what i've heard. i could be wrong though

as far as grilled chicken sandwiches go, wendy's seems to be the healthiest (by a small margin), in terms of saturated fat and sodium

subway is quite high in sodium, so it depends if you're watching out for that or not
