How long should you wait before having your first meal of the day after a fasted cardio session?

And, what macronutrient ratio is recommended for that first meal? I realize that everybody responds differently to nutrition, and I'm just trying to understand the underlying principle behind post-fasted-cardio-nutrition.

    Overanalyzing......

Just count your cals. Cals out > cals in = weight loss.

A couple of books i've read have been pushed it. The first that pops to mind is Body for Life. Personally, i'd never do it but a couple of books have recommended it. :dunno:

I think any form of the Ketogenic Diet recommend it after coming off a carb load. :dunno:

there's too many conflicting opinions on fasted cardio, so maybe we should just leave it at that.

i'm already cutting on a carefully prepared meal plan, and i just wanted to speed things up a notch.
